The Charity is currently sponsoring four students.
Boun Thong Sayavong (“ Thong”), the first student, was until recently an ordained monk, originally from the Boun Heuang Temple in Luang Prabang. He is now in his second year at University in Vientiane where he is studying English and IT. Thong plans to become a teacher once he graduates . Read more about Thong
Houmpheng Phetpanya (“ Pheng”) , was also until very recently an ordained monk at Wat Manolom in Luang Prabang. He is studying English at a local college where he has one more year to complete. He hopes to go to university.
Mamy Vone Vanvila (“ Noy”) is currently studying English at a college in Luang Prabang. She hopes to go on to study nursing.
Phattana Manivong (“Touy”) has just completed an English course at a college in Luang Prabang. He hopes to continue his studies at the university in Luang Prabang.
