Background Submission
I'm now studying at Souphanouvong's university of Luang Prabang at the first class and prepare to continue on English course. I'm now having a several problems especially fund to study and also vehicle to going to school as where I'm living is a bit far from the school and I've to ride on bicycle which take half an hour. However I've a great dream to continue and doing my best to graduates from this school and apply a job to help people or support my family in the future. Therefore, I've send this application form to require a support or help from LEOT and hopefully that you will kindly take this to consider and give me a scholarship and make my dream come in true.
