Background Submission
Touy was born in Luang Prabang and educated there until 15 yrs old when circumstances meant that he had to leave school. He resumed studying at the age of 19 when he enrolled at a local college to take a Diploma in English. LEOT supported him for his second and third years. He graduated in 2008 and then in 2009 he was admitted to the 4th year (of 5) by Rattana Business School in Vientiane to study English. LEOT continues to support him. He also works part time in the hospitality industry.
